ELAB Environmental Consultants Limited was founded in 2021 on the initiative of four university lecturers and four researchers from Zambia with more than ten years' experience in the field of environmental and Agricultural technical related issues.
ELAB is an established Zambian based environmental management consulting company which is delivering cutting edge Environmental Management Consulting Services in Analytical Laboratory services that provide expert chemical analyses of metals, water, soils, Oils and other minerals, Planning, Construction, Environmental Legal Compliance, Risk Assessments, Environmental Impact Assessments, Project Management, Monitoring, Environmental Audits, Renewable Energy, Geo-hydrology, Social Impact Assessments, Environmental project Brief, Conservation and Rehabilitation. Danny Musenge (PHD)
Chief Executive OfficerDanny Musenge is a Scientist with a BSc in Agrochemistry and Soil Science, MSc degree in Plant and Soil Science and Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Natural Resource Management with more than 5 years work experience in Environmental and Agriculture Consultancy. He has vast knowledge in environmental technical skills i.e collecting and conducting lab tests on water, air and soil samples and EPB’s and ESIA’s reports. Sober minded, honest and reliable with the ability to plan, implement and deliver the objectives of the organization.

Dr. Allan Tembo
Environmental & Ecological Consultant
Dr. Tembo Allan - Specialist Degree Agronomy (St. Petersburg State Agrarian University, Russia), PhD. Biological Sciences – Soil science and Ecology (Russian State Agrarian University, Russian) is an agronomist, ecologist and academician. His career experience includes working as a research assistant, Assistant Agronomist, Senior Laboratory Technician, Research Fellow, Horticulturist as well as a Lecturer. He has massive practical experience in Horticulture, Crop Production, Integrated Farming Systems, Land Management, Greenhouse Production and Management, Hydroponics, Climate Smart Agriculture, Climate Change, Smart Technology Research in Ecology, Agro-ecological Management and Engineering, Agro Ecological Monitoring, Analysis and Solutions to Problematic Environmental Situations and Soil Management among others. Dr. Tembo is also a member of the International Soil Carbon Network (ISCN), the International Union of Soil Sciences (IUSS) and the Agricultural Institute of Zambia.
Dr. Tembo has made a number of publications related to agriculture, ecology and climate change, mainly in Russian language. In 2013, he was the first prize winner of the 37th Conference of Agricultural Students and Veterinary Medicine with international participation at the University of Novi Sad in the Republic of Serbia. Has enormous experience in Project Management and Implementation and he possesses excellent communication skills.
Lameck Nsama
ICT ManagerLameck is the ICT manager responsible for managing all ICT activities, he is the CEO for Lamiabis Establishment, which he founded in 2017. Lameck is responsible for setting the overall direction and product strategy for the company.
